About the role:

The Hardware division at Ultrahuman has been producing the Ultrahuman Ring which is a health and wellness-focused Wearable device that lets people understand their bodies deeper and take control of their metabolic fitness. If you have the skills we are looking for and want to experience a super-fast journey of launching a really cool consumer wearable product, we are looking for you!

Responsibilities of the role

1. Coordinate different stages of the mechanical assembly of a wearable product we are building and manage the production line for the same.
2. Monitor work performance at the assembly floor and maintain material/workflow through the facility daily.
3. Ensure all stations are producing a product that meets the company's quality standards.
4. Evaluate and modify the manufacturing material workflow for increased throughput and productivity if required.
5. Ensure that all manufacturing area personnel are thoroughly trained and certified in their specific functions.
6. Provide meaningful training, guidance and nurturing to the supervisory staff
7. Ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition and available for use when required.
8. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in Assembly Line and production processes
9. Ensure Final Product Inspection meets quality standards
10. Ensure all Jigs, Fixtures and Gauges are up to spec with periodic inspection and upkeep
    11. Inventory monitoring on a daily basis to plan weekly production based on the requirement.

1. Desired Qualification : B.E. - Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical/Production.
2. Desired Experience in Years: 2+ Years(production/assembly of an electronic product.)
3. Familiarity with technical and commercial terms and conditions of purchase/shipping.
4. Good knowledge of PCB manufacturing & general mechanical assembly processes, and techniques. SAP is a plus but not mandatory.
5. Affinity towards learning and exploring the various stages involved in hardware product development.
6. Having a strong affinity toward health and fitness as a domain and as a lifestyle is a plus.
