About the role:-
We are looking for a passionate HR admin to lead the company's HR operations, design talent acquisition and management strategies and establish the ethos and culture of the organisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the founding team to define the organisation's long-term mission and goals and identify ways to support this mission through HR operations.
  • Identify performance indicators for the organisation's human resource and talent management functions and assess the organisation's success and market competitiveness based on these metrics.
  • Research and develop effective talent management activities to attract and retain top talent (including employee benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs)
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Liaise with the recruitment team to develop and maintain a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • End to end ownership of the entire employee lifecycle (including onboarding, induction, performance evaluation and exist)
  • Monitor attendance and leave records and implement payroll in HRMS, ensuring adherence to statutory compliances such as PF, ESI etc.
  • Design and facilitate learning and development activities across all levels of the organisation
  • Manage a timely Performance Review to ensure fair and transparent employee evaluation
  • Maintain HR analytics reports on hiring, attrition, training, employee engagement, employee query/issue resolution etc. on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis as applicable

Prerequisites:
  • 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a startup
  • Strategic HR operations and/or admin experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience working with an HRMS and proficiency with other digital tools
  • Interest and agility to take on added responsibilities
  • Ability to address change and transformation in a fast-paced startup environment
  • High energy and passion
