About the role:
The Ultrahuman Cyborg platform is extremely powerful and can help with diverse needs such as fine-tuning nutrition, improving athletic performance, and preventive health. As a Sales Manager, you will be expected to understand the needs of potential customers, suggest programs based on their needs and onboard them as paid members of Ultrahuman (we call them Cyborgs!). We are looking for self-starters who are interested in sports/health, are good listeners, can problem solve for diverse needs, and enjoy making sales.

With this role, you get to be a part of the founding member of the sales team and see a global business being built from an early stage.

Skills & Competencies:
  • 3-4 years of sales experience OR education/certification in biology/fitness/health/physiology
  • Keen interest in fitness and health
  • Good at listening and problem solving, and enjoys sales thoroughly
  • Excellent communication skills with expert-level fluency in English
  • A highly driven self-starter with extreme ownership of their work
  • A strong focus on delighting customers
Responsibilities:
  • Be part of the founding sales team for a global startup
  • Understand the prospective customer's needs and goals, and suggest relevant programs
  • Own sales targets to facilitate membership sales and renewals
  • Help build a sales team, including setting up benchmarks and managing people over time
